Did you know that the temperature where Celsius and Fahrenheit are equivalent is -40⁰? While we may not hit quite that low, the temperatures here in Chicagoland are severe enough that we’re calling a snow day on Thursday (1/31), for the safety of our employees and their families.
What this means:
- We will be unable to answer inbound calls and our website chat feature will be off; however, you are welcome to leave us a voicemail message and we’ll be sure to return your call as soon as possible
- We will not be processing or shipping orders; however, our website will be taking orders and our warehouse will be ready to go and expedite orders through our packing lines as soon as we reopen
- Our employees will likely be attempting frozen bubbles, making instant slushies, preserving snowflakes and doing all sorts of other crazy winter science experiments (while staying safe, of course).
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and you’ll have our complete attention when we reopen on February 1st.
